Abstract
Infliximab is a chimeric human-murine anti-TNF¥á monoclonal antibody which has been used for treating many chronic inflammatory disease, including psoriasis. A 58-year-old woman with a 4-year history of psoriasis and a 3-year history of psoriatic arthritis had been treated with infliximab for 2 years. She was presented with erythematous nodules on the both lower legs. A skin biopsy showed lobular panniculitis with vasculitis. On the basis of histopathologic and clinical findings, we ruled out other possible differential diagnosis. After the cessation of infliximab treatment and starting systemic corticosteroid and colchicine treatment, the lesions gradually disappeared. Herein, we report a rare case of nodular vasculitis after infliximab therapy.
